Yield: 1 small drinking cup
Time: 5 minute prep + minimum 20 minutes of soaking time
Ingredients
2+ teaspoons chia seeds (adjust amount to your preference)
1 tablespoon fruit of your choice (e.g. fresh or frozen berries, frozen pineapples, etc.)
1 teaspoons unsweetened shredded coconut
handful of raisins or other dried fruit (optional)
dash of cinnamon
your choice of milk, enough to fill 1/2 to 3/4 of your drinking cup
mint leaf, nuts, etc. for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Place chia seeds and shredded coconut into your drinking cup.
Pour enough milk to fill 1/2-3/4 of the cup.
Stir.
Add cinnamon and fruit.
Place in fridge for at least 20 minutes for the chia seeds to become gel-like.
