Ingredients
~2 cups of frozen mango chunks
4-5 tablespoons of cold water or more
If you have time, leave the frozen mango chunks on the counter to slightly defrost for around 10-15 minutes. Doing this means you won’t need to add as much water.
Instructions
Place frozen mango chunks into a food processor.
Add enough tablespoons of water into the food processor to get the it running. You might need to add more water as you blend it. For a softer sorbet, add more water; for a chunkier one, add less.
Blend until smooth. Little hands can help push the button and watch for the mango to reach your preferred consistency.
Place in bowls and enjoy!
