Yield: 1 small mason jar of oats
Time: 5 minute prep + overnight soaking time
Ingredients
¼ to ½ cup rolled/steel-cut oats
2+ teaspoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon or more unsweetened nut/seed butter
berries of your choice
handful of shredded coconut
handful of raisins or other dried fruit
dash of cinnamon
your choice of milk enough to fill mason jar
Instructions
Place all the ingredients except the milk in a small mason jar.
Pour enough milk into the jar to cover all the dry ingredients. You can add more milk if you like a smoother consistency.
Stir until there are no clumps of chia seeds.
Let sit in fridge overnight.
Place lid on mason jar if you want to take it to work, etc..
